A refined coastal family home set back from the street, built with their daily lives in mind. Off-form concrete, warm timbers and layered textures keep it clean, calm and inviting, with a strong connection between indoor and outdoor spaces.
Big on lifestyle - a Sukabumi stone curved pool with stainless edging, a custom skate ramp for the kids, a beautiful Tucker BBQ station, and open zones that flow effortlessly while maximising sunlight and aspect.
The arrival experience has been carefully considered, with a winding exposed aggregate driveway in an off-white concrete mix, combining river and white Carrara stone leading through landscaping that reflects the natural bushland of the area and terraced with bush hammered sandstone garden walls.
The site enjoys the natural outlook of sunrise through to moon rise over the coast and the depth of the Plateau’s borrowed landscape. Designed to work now and adapt as the family grows. Still taking shape, but it’s going to be something special and we look forward to sharing it with you.
